Our mission is to empower women.
Specifically, investing in, supporting and mentoring women founders.

As of 2022, female-founded companies received only 2% of all venture capital (VC) investment.

This "funding gap" has barely budged in over 15 years. And it's not for a lack of trying: Between 2019 and 2023, women in the U.S started roughly twice as many new businesses as men.
